Elmu Vnō Ner (/ˈelmu/ /vnoː/ [significant] [seed; semen]) is a subtropical Town located in Pimez̄ula Zone, Mijlequni District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Elmu Vnō Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Elmu Vnō Ner was founded by Moctîv Berdra, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Elmu Vnō Ner has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 16°C (60°F). Overview

Elmu Vnō Ner was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1392, by Moctîv Berdra. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Elmu Vnō Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Elmu Vnō Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Elmu Vnō Ner is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of restrictive cobblestone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The town's robustly designed timber walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Elmu Vnō Ner has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Elmu Vnō Ner ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Elmu Vnō Ner as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.

Civic Infrastructure

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Elmu Vnō Ner's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

Life is hard in Elmu Vnō Ner. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Elmu Vnō Ner a notably resourceful and hearty people.

Elmu Vnō Ner's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
